FLOW EMPOWER YOGA is an exclusive practice combining breath work and Asanas into dynamic core strength sequences program.
We repeat moves with add on each time to achieve a total sequence or pattern of Asanas (Yoga postures). The students know what will happen next this makes easier to concentrate on the postures and their alignments.
This chorographical technique induces concentration therefore quiet the mind. Also you will benefit more of the postures as they are repeated as well as build flexibility and strength faster without staying long time in the same position.
You will be challenged without suffering, encouraged and directed to listen and connect to your body.
